Step 1: Revision and Prevision

4、Ask some Ss to share inclass.

Step 3: Writing “3b”, “3c”

1、First, read the eightquestions in activity “3b”together and get the meanings of them.

2、Then, ask Ss to answer thesequestions and make some notes.

3、According to the notes, makeit to be a diary entry like Jane’s. Pay attention to the tense andconjunctions.

4、Share the diaries in groupsand in class.

Step 4: Pair work

Work in pairs anduse the eight questions to talk about what your friend did on his/her vacation.

Step 5: Homework
